PITCHES & PROPOSALS

As standard we will usually send through a basic quote as well as images of the items, however for more intricate or larger scale enquiries our team are able to put together detailed proposals and mood boards when necessary.  

FLOOR PLANS

If you have a floor plan and dimensions of your venue we are more than happy to draw up a basic 2D scale floor plan with our furniture added so that you can rest assured that the furniture is going to fit perfectly. It also speeds up install time and means our delivery team can discretely get on with the install with minimum input from you or if you cannot be there for the delivery. 

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Our delivery team has been with us since the beginning. They know all the nooks and crannies of London’s most prestigious venues ensuring swift and efficient delivery and install. As standard we will quote for a full & bespoke 24/7 delivery and installation service based on the event information we receive from you, meaning there is no need for you to get your hands dirty.

Our staff are more than happy to do the creative side of things for you to help free up time to concentrate on other areas of your event. All we need from you is a brief including the theme or style of your event as well as how many guests will be attending and in what format. An example a brief might read...

The more information you can give at this stage will minimise the chance of any issues arising during the installation. Common things to consider would be, venue address with accurate delivery & setup times. A venue floorplan with dimensions and images are always extremely useful for our team. For larger orders where more helpers and vans are required or if you require installation & breakdown, the delivery cost will increase accordingly depending on the exact details of your event. 

Our warehouse is based in south London but we will happily deliver anywhere in the UK or abroad. For larger events where there is already equipment being trucked from London the most cost-effective solution tends to be to combine all the equipment onto one larger truck. If this is the case we are happy to load our items onto the same truck and if necessary, send out one of our technicians to oversee the install.
